Experience: 1-5 years
Salary : 2 Lacs to 2.5 Lacs

Job Description:
· Maintaining daily attendance at Site (Biometric & Muster Register). Leave Management |
· To adhere to discipline at site |
· Roster Management |
· Looking after smooth running of Mess facility |
· To maintain Mess budget , Variance analysis |
· To look after security / gardening |
· To look after Cleanliness of Admin, Mess, Hostel building, booth area and cleanliness of complete BCP |
· Arranging accommodation for visitors / Transfer Employees / Newly Joined Employees |
· Arrange Orientation of newly joined employee |
· To Maintain the vehicles @ site- Diesel consumption, Log book, Repair & Maintenance |
· Coordination with HR Department @ HO |
· To arrange for T-Shirts, Dress for BCP employees also keeps track of dress of out sourced employee. |
· Responsible for compliance at site under various acts. |
· Responsible for administration work at site |
