Description

When’s the last time you worked on a product that you felt made a positive impact on someone? Lumosity is a brain training program with over 85 million users and 4.4 billion games played. In addition to improving Lumosity, we’re also creating new products that combine science, engineering and design to help people form better sleep habits, practice mindfulness, and more. We’re looking for a talented mind to join our Creative Team to uplevel the design of our product experiences.

YOU WILL

    • Design and build highly polished product experiences that help us evolve our existing and new products
    • Go wide in concepting, rapidly translate and test those concepts with interactive prototypes, and synthesize your findings into actionable next steps
    • Collaborate with design, product, engineering, science experts to build a deep library of engaging content and experiences
    • Work in an agile environment using data and analytics to inform user-centered design decisions and rapid iterative improvement

YOU HAVE

    • 5+ years experience creating elegant, innovative, and emotionally satisfying digital product experiences
    • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating UX, visual, and interaction design
    • The ability to identify and articulate how your solutions are addressing a core problem
    • A strong visual design foundation and an understanding of how to apply it into expressive experiences
    • Strong collaborative and communication skills to work on a close-knit team
    • An understanding of designing to achieve business objectives
    • Proficient prototyping skills using Principle, Origami, Invision, Framer.js, or something similar
    • Proficient knowledge of Sketch and the Adobe Suite
