Qventus is a real-time decision making platform for hospital operations. Our mission is to simplify how healthcare operates so that hospitals and caregivers can focus on delivering the best possible care to patients.
We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to create products that help nurses, doctors, and hospital staff anticipate issues and make operational decisions proactively. We always connect with our customers and use design thinking to create products.

As our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll function as a primary change agent for the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the company’s senior leaders, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues.
— Drive a strategic and integrated Account-Based Marketing program to target our top tier Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
— Develop, manage and track success of these very focused cross-channel campaigns using various tactics including, but not limited to, ad targeting/retargeting, direct mail, owned and 3rd party events, webinars, email and sales development.
— Analyze program performance and marketing attribution, continually optimize for conversions
Lead and mentor a small but high performing team that has measurable impact on pipeline generation.
— Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus (but not required).
— 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, demand/ growth focused B2B marketing organization in one or more of the following areas: ABM, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Field Marketing.
— Prior role where they’ve owned “a number” (pipeline or revenue) a plus!
— Experience using Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform) and Salesforce.
— An understanding of the sales funnel and focus on driving leads/accounts, MQLs/MQAs, and opportunities.
— Experience marketing to Enterprise companies.
— Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution.
— Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills — you will be writing your own emails and landing pages, and will be presenting to sales or at industry conferences.
— Not afraid to be a player/coach.
— Attention to detail and focus on exceptional quality work.
— Highly organized and able to handle a high volume of programs and priorities.
