Description

Omada Health is looking for a Salesforce Analyst to administer and maintain Salesforce.com in support of our commercial organization.  In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations, and will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing support of the platform.  You will work closely with the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to help design workflows, reports, and dashboards that are scalable and meet the needs of the growing business.  

Your impact:

  • Design and implement new enhancements, including workflow automation, page layouts, reports, and dashboards (i.e., creation of custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes)
  • Support integration with 3rd-party applications
  • Maintain users, profiles, roles, permissions and licenses
  • Handle inbound user requests, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Act as liaison between our business partners and an external development team to ensure execution of business requirements

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform configuration, architecture, and implementation of best practices
  • Experience in SOQL and Data Loader required and knowledge of the new Lightning framework, preferred
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, preferred
  • Understanding of CRM principles, including sales operations and support processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and systems skills with a high-attention to detail
