About the Role
The Central Operations Manager role is responsible for improving our JUMP operations at scale. This role will be tasked with helping establish a clear and cohesive operations strategy, executing on that strategy, leading high visibility projects, and working cross-functionally with teams across the business.
The team is tasked with delivering improvements at scale, focusing on efficiency, and raising the bar of quality across our operations. We work to centralize processes where possible and where not possible, provide advisement to local teams on how they can execute their processes more efficiently. The overall goal of everything we do is to create efficiency, increase quality, and add automation.
