Candidates with global enterprise software marketing and/or MarTech experience along with a passion for winning and a team-first attitude are strongly desired.


Job Responsibilities

  • Champion product positioning, develop sales strategy, validate market messaging, and evangelize your product offerings both internally and externally (customers, partners, industry analysts, press, etc.)
  • Perform market research, synthesize mountains of industry information to definable and addressable market problems, and analyze competitive offerings as elements of your documented market requirements that will feed into the product strategy
  • Develop and drive go-to-market strategies, product launches and pricing for new products, working cross-functionally to reach your goals
  • Inspire our team of rock star sales people that they know every key element for beating competitors and highlighting Act-On’s value through your creation of tools/collateral, competitive analysis, and regular enablement efforts
  • Be known as a person who is one of the best at presenting Act-On’s story, demoing the product, and most knowledgeable of the martech and marketing automation space
  • Collaborate across the company but also within marketing - customer marketing for a variety of events, demand gen for helping ideate on campaigns and speaking, and the content and digital teams in creating top notch assets

Desired Skills and Experience

Job Requirements

  • Highly motivated energetic self starter, passionate about martech who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • 2+ years of b2b software product marketing experience, most ideally within the marketing automation space
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills
  • Mastery of presentation and analysis tools
  • Able to analyze and evaluate business issues; and document business and go-to-market plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience leading cross functional teams and interacting with technical, non-technical, professional, and executive levels
  • Bachelor’s degree, with MBA a plus
