Minted is looking for a Creative Director for its Baby & Kids and Holiday businesses to join our Brand Team and who shares the philosophy that design and aesthetics are essential to effective brand communications. The ideal candidate brings digital leadership from UI to online marketing, has a proven portfolio, and has built and developed teams. This individual will thrive in a fast paced environment, understanding the need to be agile and align to retail business needs. S/he is adept at navigating both strategic information and the minute details, and ensures both are understood by a broader work team. Importantly, this person loves guiding the team and also enjoys maintaining their design skills by occasionally doing the work.
This position reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing, but takes creative direction directly from Minted’s Founder and CEO. This individual will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization, including but not limited to Marketing and Merchandising.
