Description

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this Integrated Marketing Manager role is responsible for ensuring that marketing campaigns are on message, on time, and being broadcasted through the right marketing channels. All campaigns must be rooted in content that is telling the Minted brand story in a highly relevant, inspirational, and elevated manner.
 
This role will be highly cross-functional, partnering with all brand and marketing channel owners, and working across Business Operations, Brand and Design teams, Artist Relations, Merchandising, etc., and provides broad exposure to a variety of levels across the company.  

You will:

    • Lead all integrated marketing campaign planning for the Art category, bringing all marketing lever owners upfront to build plans together, allowing them to discover synergies between ideas, make ideas bigger and better, and present a holistic consumer view.
    • Ensure complete understanding and follow-through by all marketing channel owners of approved Product Marketing strategy and plan (e.g., consumer target, approved marketing messaging hierarchy, creative notes, etc.).
    • Based on the overarching idea of the campaign, understand strengths/weaknesses/insights of each marketing channel, and collaborate with marketing channel owners. Determine which marketing channels should play and what type of content should be created, helping the creative team prioritize where their efforts should be spent
    • Work very closely with the Business Operations team to understand the marketing timeline and cadence, customer insights, and business goals for each campaign and ensure you and the broader marketing team have what is necessary to craft an integrated and comprehensive strategy.
    • Be an active participant, if not chair/leader, of meetings that gather the relevant marketing lever owners (e.g., email, site, PR, social, Marketing, Brand Awareness if relevant) to discuss how to bring campaigns to life.
    • Ensure all campaigns come from the approved strategy, with distinct marketing plans and levers depending on the strategy.
    • Ensure all marketing levers, from print to PR to digital, align to approved value propositions and marketing messaging hierarchy, as well as approved creative direction.
    • Lead the campaign hindsighting, bringing together all marketing lever owners and designers to discuss the results, what worked, what didn’t, etc. Report findings out to relevant stakeholders, including leadership. Encourage learnings to be applied for next year and/or in an upcoming campaign.
    • Take an active role in inspiring broader team through reviewing and monitoring competitor work, staying abreast of current events and current marketing trends/themes, reading business journals, or through any other means of information and inspiration gathering.
    • Support Director of Integrated Marketing with ad hoc marketing campaigns, brand, and/or cross-vertical related work.

You have:

    • 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, or consumer-focused role.
    • A passion for brand and product storytelling, with heavy experience in synthesizing data and creative content into cross-channel strategy.
    • Strong project management skills, being detail-oriented, timely, and being able to identify dependencies to drive projects to completion.
    • Experience with the Home Enthusiast as a consumer target - an understanding who/where is the customer, what excites/delights them, how to speak to them, what marketing works and what does not, what are the driving trends for the art and home category, etc.
    • Experience in online retail and/or a direct to consumer/consumer products industry.
    • Strong skills/facility with Google Sheets, Docs, & Presentations.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
