× Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions across company ledger accounts.
× Maintain the trial balance. Ensure proper Chart of Accounts match across the group.
× Billing and collection
× Managing vendor payment cycles
× Reconcile accounts on weekly basis across all ledger (banks, credit cards, customers, suppliers, authorities, payroll, etc.)
× Reporting periodic tax reports to the relevant authorities
× Preparing monthly financial reporting package (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow).
× Preparing travel reports and employee reimbursements.
× Point of contact for offshore financial service providers.
× Working in tandem with the company's CFO.
× Level 3 bookkeeper diploma
× 5 years of experience as Bookkeeper:
o Experience working in the High-Tech industry - Advantage.
o Experience working with subsidiaries/branches outside Israel – Advantage.
× Excellent English
× Data entry skills and high attention to detail
× Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
× Proficiency in Priority Software
× Well organized, motivated, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
× A strong sense of urgency, accountability and end-to-end ownership
× Full time, willingness to work extra hours on monthly closing
