About The Position

A startup company is looking for for a talented and energetic Office Manager to join our growing company.

Responsibilities:

· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands

· Manage reception area and looks after visitors

· Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments

· Travel Coordinator (Flights and Hotels bookings)

· Support bookkeeping and budgeting activities

· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

·Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary

 

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Solid interpersonal skill
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal in English
