We are looking to hire an ambitious Relationship Manager to lead post-sales relationships with our bank and institutional investors. It is critical to maintain strong relationships with these partners as they provide a bulk of the capital on our platform.
In this role, you will provide a phenomenal onboarding experience and work cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization in delivering LendingClub and its products to our investors. You will build trusting relationships, leading to additional investments and willingness to partner on new opportunities, as well as develop strong rapport with internal partners to maintain their support in meeting our investors’ needs.

You will also identify where there are opportunities for the business to do things differently, be encouraged to run with new ideas, and have the chance to drive your own projects from inception to completion.
