Associate Recruiter

About the role:
We are on the hunt for an Associate Recruiter to join our recruitment team, supporting the EMEA and APAC regions. You will act as both a Sourcer and a Coordinator within the Dublin team and have a real passion for delivering extraordinary experience - for your candidates, your hiring managers and your teammates.
This is a great opportunity for an agency recruiter who is looking to make their first move in-house or for a Coordinator looking to take their first steps towards becoming a Recruiter.

What you will be doing:

    • You'll work closely with a cross-functional global team to continually refine our recruiting processes.
    • You have a passion for the details that make the difference in attracting, coordinating and converting passive talent into fantastic hires for the company.

    • Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find rare talent for technical and non-technical roles
    • Excellent research skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
    • Track pipeline activity to share with internal partners
    • Develop talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics as appropriate to enable our recruiting team and hiring managers to be best informed on market conditions

Coordination & Scheduling

    • Handle international phone, onsite and online interviews with accuracy and efficiency
    • Partner with stakeholders throughout the full recruitment process; specifically focusing on engagement and building a premier experience for all involved
    • Organise candidate travel, accommodation, and logistics
    • Act as subject matter expert for our ATS (Lever) using the platform to ensure openness, efficiency, and consistency throughout
    • Master Google calendar and supporting apps to ensure full transparency end to end for partners and candidates

We’re excited about you because you have:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Ideally 1+ years sourcing and coordination experience within a search firm or in-house recruiting team
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends
    • Positive can-do attitude with remarkable attention to detail
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a keen customer-centric approach
