The Product Strategy team plays a pivotal role in the Tech (Product + Engineering) organization by partnering with leadership on deliverables related to strategy, planning, collaboration, accountability, and more. The team consists of representatives from product management, analytics, and operations. Analytics is a critical part of the team, as a data-driven approach is absolutely necessary for the group to effectively prioritize tasks.
