What you will need:

  • Licensed Cosmetologist  huge plus
  • Minimum 7 years retail sales management experience in a similar role, with multi-store responsibility and results driven track record
  • Experience in beauty retail /services
  • Ability to communicate market trends, initiatives, and competitive challenges to achieve sales goal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Willingness to travel to color bars within a region
