Propel is looking for exceptional and energetic Pre-Sales Engineers to join our Sales team to sell our next-generation PLM solutions to customers across many different industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Sales team to support their efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, to develop and lead custom demonstrations, to build out and/or enhance standard demonstrations, to assist Sales efforts for team quota attainment, and will be responsible for achieving personal goals.

The ideal candidate gets excited by:

    • Supporting our Sales team in their sales campaigns by helping identify and quantify Propel’s value proposition and best solution
    • Demonstrating Propel’s product capabilities on the Salesforce1 platform
    • Being comfortable in client facing environments and presentations and getting stand “O’s” for strutting our stuff.
    • Supporting potential customers in their evaluation of the Propel’s products and our solutions
    • Configuring custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities to our prospects
    • Enhancing standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members
    • Participating to RFI and RFP proposals
    • Participating in industry Conferences and other events
    • Participating in the training of new employees

The desired skills/experience for the ideal candidate:

    • An innate ability to easily develop relations with new people and become their “trusted advisor”
    • Is a dynamic presenter with great communication skills, experience presenting to C-level executives a plus
    • The ability to quickly formulate a concise answer tailored to the audience
    • Advanced experience with setup and user interface
    • Insanely passionate about continuously learning and growing your skills
    • Extremely competitive with a strong desire to win
    • Ability to present not only the features of our solution – can describe and quantify the hard and soft benefits to our prospects end-users and C-level audience
    • Strong user of Web conferencing tools and conference call solutions
    • Advanced user of MS Office suite, Browsers, and Smartphones
