The Social Media Manager holds a key position within the company and is critical to bringing Minted’s brand to life. This person is responsible for significantly growing Minted’s social following and engagement through content and influencer presence, while supporting the company’s business priorities through integrated marketing campaigns. This person is directly responsible for all unpaid social media channels and the job will require rigorous quantitative analysis and reporting, strategic long-term planning, and outstanding daily execution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building audiences and acquiring new customers in all social channels. This person will be an expert in creating content that is interesting and engaging to our consumers, while still being on-brand and supportive of the company’s business priorities. Also critical is experience leading and collaborating with people across functions. This person is excellent at prioritization and is someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This person should have a desire to build a career within a creative company and industry.
This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and works cross-functionally with many teams across the organization.
