Minted has a unique approach to merchandising: all of our designs are crowdsourced from a community of independent artists and voted on by consumers. The Merchandise Operations Manager will report to the Director of Merchandising Operations and oversee a small (2-3 people) team of associates and specialists. They will manage the creation and execution of productivity reports for our SF team and offshore partner and manage our end-to-end crowdsourcing model from the initial design competition phase to the selection and launch of product to our site. Finally and strategically, they will also be a key partner in providing activity-based costing in order to reflect P&L by vertical/product category.
