This person is responsible for the on-time execution of product launches for Art and non-stationery New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of standard & training documentation. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires constant coordination across many parts of the organization including Artist Relations, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management/Engineering and clear communication of deadlines and deliverables at each stage of the process.

This person will play a critical role in ensuring our process to launch new designs operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and data-driven, enjoys process and operations oriented work and is an excellent and proactive communicator. This role reports to the Director of Merchandise Operations but interacts with all major functions within Minted.
