Minted is seeking a Director of Business Operations, New Markets to spearhead new growth projects in a number of exciting business areas. Examples include the creation of experimental retail concepts in new physical Minted stores and leading Minted’s first foray into international markets. The role combines strategic planning and thinking with on-the-ground execution. The Director of Business Operations, New Markets will be responsible for developing business plans and strategies for new growth areas, then working cross-functionally with Minted’s different departments in order to roll out those new businesses successfully. This is a highly visible role that will work directly with the Founder & CEO and require building relationships with the full senior management team at Minted.
