About The Position

What will you do:

  • This role will combine 70% global recruitment and 30% HR related activities with a focus on People and Data analytics
  • Partnering with our leadership team to profile the best candidates and design the hiring process
  • Create top-notch talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels
  • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques
  • Preparing HR Dashboards and HR Metrics.
  • Lead cross company HR processes alongside HR Director


You are:

  • Up to 3 years of experience as an international recruiter in hi-tech companies
  • Proven sourcing skills
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks and etc.)
  • A team player in your soul, a people person with great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Results oriented with a competitive drive for success
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
  • Experience with social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook and sourcing tools
  • Passion to Data/ Numbers / People Analytics
  • HR Generalist experience a huge advantage
