You’ll be driving the right insights to help our stakeholders focus their energy and attention on the most important strategic priorities. Identifying the key opportunities to power improved business performance and helping to determine the areas where each group can contribute to our broader goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time and high quality releases of internal systems and tools develop by working with business teams, internal product and engineering teams, and external partners
  • Provide hands-on project management during scoping, design, development, testing, rollout, and post rollout phases including communicating big picture and project status (progress, risks) to the core team, internal Customer (Sellers, Customer Success Specialists, Sales & Customer Success Managers), and program/project sponsor(s)
  • Influence and inform the data-driven, transparent, and inclusive process to develop, garner buy-in, and resource a prioritized project roadmap to develop new and revamp existing Sales/Account Management systems and tools
  • Drive internal process improvements, address gaps across key stakeholders, and ensure the Sales Systems team is working on high impact projects that align with improving Restaurant recruitment and development productivity
  • Efficiently balance Sales and Customer Success team needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise in CRM, reporting, data infrastructure
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies that are holding the team back. Improve alignment of cross-functional goals. Act as a liaison, develop strong working relationships, and serve as the glue between Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Systems, Product, Analytics, Engineering, Legal/Compliance to ensure successful initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B organizations working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Data Science in both mature and high growth start-up environments
  • 5+ years of project management experience working across Business, Product, and Engineering teams to successfully roll out projects in global organizations
  • Experience with sales and account management processes (e.g., acquisition, account management, support), systems (e.g., CRM, reporting), and datasets
  • Self starter with an analytical and collaborative orientation; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • High proficiency in leading cross-organization projects, setting and holding teams and individuals accountable to timelines and deliverables, and building relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including tailoring messages and level of detail to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust. Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships
  • Proficiency in development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Extreme Programming)
