About the Role


Almost 4 million Americans miss healthcare appointments due to transportation issues and they’re twice as likely to no-show if they’re reliant on public transit. By breaking down logistical barriers to care not only will healthcare become more efficient, it has the potential to save lives.  This is why Uber Health was established and this is our passion.


The Enterprise Healthcare Account Executive for Uber Health is responsible for growing our healthcare business by actively consulting, educating and selling into enterprise level healthcare organizations.  This will include prospecting, presenting, and closing targeted opportunities to assigned healthcare verticals and/or organizations. In this role you will sell the use of the Uber Health dashboard that provides a simple to use, HIPAA compliant tool that healthcare organizations can use to coordinate transportation on behalf of their patients who do not need to be an Uber user, nor have a smartphone.  Uber Health also offers solutions to integrate into other software platforms to ensure the coordination of reliable and safe transportation through other partnerships.


In this role you will be responsible for opening new markets and developing new sales channels in the managed care and value-based care in markets such as Medicare, Medicaid, Payor-Provider health systems, workers compensation, and other insurance carriers or enterprise level healthcare organizations to be assigned.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a successful pipeline focused on exceeding client acquisition, revenue and other assigned KPIs as assigned by management
  • Own the sales process and work closely with the Uber Health leadership team and cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and legal to constantly ensure the best possible customer and patient experience,
  • Clearly communicate progress on a daily, weekly, or at whatever cadence is required by management
  • Collaborate closely with account management, marketing and client success teams to identify opportunities for account growth, support marketing and promotion activities for brand and value awareness, provide critical feedback on system requests and process improvements, and ultimately drive overall Uber Health success and growth
  • Work closely with policy, compliance and other teams as necessary to support specific opportunities as well as provide critical intel and advice at a market level
  • Potential travel up to 30-40%

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of significant financial growth compared to your peers.  
  • Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills
  • Experience is selling to large health systems and/or managed care organizations required
  • Experience in selling healthcare related technologies and software a plus
  • Excellent negotiations and contract management skills
  • High degree of comfort with change; Uber’s high growth means frequent change for teams.
