If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our customer acquisition campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Demand Marketing Manager will work with the Demand Marketing team, supporting teams (such as Corporate Marketing), and vendors to launch innovative programs on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

    • Define, create and manage key Global digital marketing acquisition efforts including webinars, email, paid social, PPC, display advertising, content syndication, and more
    • Evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points and develop creative and innovative solutions for new customer acquisition
    • Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes
    • Own email campaigns end to end, drive strategy with content, relevancy, smart segmentation, automation, and personalization
    • Plan and execute ongoing email testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement driving towards KPIs
    • Collaborate with agencies and manage all digital marketing vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
    • 5+ years proven working experience in digital marketing with B2B programs
    • Prior experience marketing to enterprise customers, ideally large enterprise accounts
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing quarterly digital promotional plans and budgets that include webinars, email, paid social, PPC, display advertising, and content syndication
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, including Google Adwords required
    • Strong hands-on background in Marketo and Salesforce required
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement for a B2B enterprise audience

Additional Qualifications

    • Strong writing skills especially attuned to the enterprise market and point of view
    • Solid project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment
