Order Management Specialist

We're looking for a candidate to support Exabeam's global customers. This person will be working closely with the worldwide field organization, channel partners, and internal teams. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail. The Order Management Professional is a highly valued contributor in the service we provide to our customers and will play a key role in the ongoing growth of Exabeam. 


    • Review and process customer orders in Salesforce, including validation of ordering documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines
    • Fulfill orders for hardware, software and SaaS offerings, including generation and delivery of license keys and coordination of hardware delivery logistics
    • Manage order inquiries from channel partners and the field organization to ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner in order to provide an excellent customer service experience
    • Work collaboratively with deal desk, revenue accounting, legal, accounts receivable and other teams to solve order issues, both pre-booking and post-booking
    • Assist in in identifying and implementing process improvement and working on other tasks/projects, as needed
    • Maintain Order Management process documentation


    • 5+ years experience in Order Management, or a related role, with experience involving processing orders for enterprise SaaS, software and hardware products, including license key generation
    • Transactional knowledge of order processing, hardware and software fulfillment
    • Experience working with domestic and international channel partners
    • Familiarity with basic revenue and accounting concepts as they relate to order processing
    • Enjoys working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work extended hours during quarter-end close, if needed
    • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple orders and inquiries simultaneously
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to maintain professional and courteous communication with all levels of customer and company personnel
    • Strong computer knowledge and skill: MS Office and Salesforce
