The Overnight Replenishment Supervisor's responsibilities are to plan, organize, and lead all replenishment, restocking, and put-away activities in a high volume e-commerce fulfillment environment. The Replenishment Manager is responsible for ensuring his/her team meets and maintains productivity, accuracy, and safety standards for all put-away and stocking processes.
The shift for this position is M-F 10:00pm-6:30am.

Your Responsibilities

    • Train, monitor, motivate and coach all replenishment/put-away staff, to include both a full-time and temporary workforce
    • Create a staffing plan to ensure processing goals are met during peak seasons and that labor efficiency goals are met
    • Support a busy receiving dock by managing the stocking team to ensure that all inbound goods are removed from the receiving staging area in a timely manner
    • Support a busy outbound operation by managing the replenishment team to ensure that all picking slots have been accurately replenished in a timely manner
    • Ensure that staff is well trained in best practices for stocking/restocking and using all PIT equipment in a safe manner
    • Ensure that all PIT equipment operators are properly certified and observe safe operating practices
    • Ensure that all PIT equipment maintenance procedures are observed and that necessary repairs and PMs are performed in a timely manner
    • Monitor daily productivity performance for stockers and restockers, ensuring best practice procedures are being observed to ensure a safe work environment
    • Work to consistently improve processes and practices to ensure “best practice” in procedures, equipment utilization, efficiency, cost reduction and employee satisfaction
    • Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained, that additional equipment is procured in a timely manner and that inbound area is compliant with asset protection protocols
    • Ensure reasonable housekeeping measures are maintained in order to ensure a well- organized and safe workplace
    • Create employee development plans to establish a growth path for high achieving inbound associates
    • Maintain excellent communication within your team through effective pre-shift meetings and one-on-one communications
    • Partner with Operations Manager, Picking Manager, Packing Manager,  Inbound Manager and Inventory Manager to ensure overall operations are running smoothly
    • All other tasks as assigned

Your Qualifications

    • 7 or more years experience as a Warehouse or Receiving Manager in an e-commerce fulfillment environment
    • High school diploma or GED with college coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience preferred
    • Experience with WMS systems and the ability to learn proprietary software, proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to develop procedures, training documents and safety/compliance manualsCertifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc. preferred
    • Experience using and maintaining warehouse equipment – to include forklifts, reach trucks, powered conveyors, pallet jacks and scanning devices
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and to communicate effectively, resolve workplace conflicts before they escalate, maintain appropriate confidentiality and to promote a positive and productive work environment
    • Strong leadership skills in fostering a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, teamwork and leading by example, providing clear and constructive feedback and coaching
    • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, commitment to achieving results
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive and self-motivated approach
    • A track record of driving process improvements, questioning the status quo, recommending best practices and effective problem solving
    • Flexibility in work schedules to accommodate the needs of the business including nights, weekends and holidays
    • Ability to independently lift up to 60 lbs
