Qventus is looking for an energetic, personable and quick-learning Customer Success Analyst to help build, support and expand our new use case development infrastructure and client implementations. Working closely with Customer Success and Product Management leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the planning, design, execution and operations of our new use case process and support client implementations.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
2-3 years of professional consulting experience and a top consulting firm.
A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.
Basic technical understanding - with a desire to expand his/her technical knowledge.
Experience in industrial engineering and/or hospital and healthcare operations.
A passion for fixing our healthcare system.
