About the Role


We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Data Strategist for the US Eaters Marketing Team to bring efficiency to a cross-functional marketing team. From design to data, strategy to development, you love marketing and getting into the weeds with problems to figure out how to break down barriers and drastically increase output.

What You'll Do

  • Create, improve, and automate reporting methods for US Eater Marketing Team
  • Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into eater and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance
  • Work closely and across the team verticals (Comms and Content, Campaigns, Partnerships, and Launch and Expansions) and guide them through data-driven recommendations
  • Help run A/B or multivariate tests for marketing activities and help with campaign pre and post analysis, cohorting, experiment design, segmentation, KPI measurement and more for Eater Marketing verticals
  • Build a best-in-class marketing measurement processes and business capability to define our investment strategy
  • Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors and help Eats get close and personal with our customers, and their needs for today and tomorrow
  • Translate data-driven learnings and statistical models into actionable insights, and communicate to key stakeholders


What You'll Need

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in data analytics and dashboarding, marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience project managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Achieves project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams
  • Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills. Offer creative thinking and solutions
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, self starter, and a strong communicator
  • Great communication skills, organized, able to multitask and be a team player
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution
