About the Role


We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our operations team as Marketing Manager, focused on growth & marketing for US Strategic Restaurant Partners.

On the Strategic Partners team, we’re helping scale and amplify our partnerships with global restaurant groups across the US, to drive meaningful impact to the Eats business. You will work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing and with external partners on co-marketing campaigns, growth strategy, and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to be part of a all-star team at the center of a globally-strategic initiative for the Eats business.


What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to setting growth targets for our partnerships and strategically align internal and external stakeholders on the best tactics to execute against these targets
  • Project manage and/or drive execution of co-marketing campaigns with Strategic Restaurant Partners across the US (e.g. Global McDelivery Day)
  • Craft impactful go-to-market plans to maximize new partner launches in the Strategic Restaurant Partners space—working cross-functionally with creative & brand, PR, CRM, and paid to execute.
  • Be a thought-partner for Business Development, Marketing, Ops and PR on growth initiatives; integrate strategic partners into bigger Eats strategies
  • Be the advocate for consumers, delivery partners & Strategic restaurant partners in the region by using customer insights, steering & validating the co-marketing roadmap
  • Build strong relationships with external marketing leadership to educate and influence their marketing efforts to support the partnership; lean into their strengths and ours.


What You’ll Need

  • At least 5 years experience delivering highly successful go-to-market strategies in an innovative tech / digital business with a strong concentration in partnership co-marketing. Comfortable setting targets, prioritizing efforts, and building a plan to execute against growth.
  • Strong project and relationship management - you’ll spend a lot of time working with external partners and their teams to successfully launch and grow these partnership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally - you’ll interact daily with Business Development, Central Ops, Marketing, and Ops teams, to get your job done
  • A comfort level of delivering material for both internal and external stakeholders - This means building quick recaps, as well as creating and presenting polished executive level presentations
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dig-in to the grittiness of problems
