About the Role



As performance marketing scales to cover more business objectives with campaigns, creative needs to be developed to maintain performance and serve channels’ efficiencies. Sitting with creative teams for resourcing decisions, evaluate opportunities with channel managers and ensuring best practices are upheld is a necessity for our performance marketing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Attend and advocate for priority projects during resourcing meetings
  • Pull together creative performance insights to share with creative, strategy, and PgM teams to inform future asset development
  • Evaluate and provide feedback based on current best practices
  • Review new formats available with ad-vendors and creative leads
  • Educate teams on current insights from creative AB tests and AI-engine outputs
  • Ensure channels creative needs are met and asset adjustments are identified with each channel
  • Remain informed of creative innovation trends to share insights back to performance marketing and creative teams
  • Work with manager and digital channel teams to maintain creative testing calendar

What You’ll Need

  • 3 Minimum Years of Experience with Creative Ideation and Process
