The commercial sales team generates the largest amount of revenue from the sales team and is key to the success of Gong.  As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will scale and codify the already successful commercial team by:

 

1.     Hiring, training and developing accomplished and enthusiastic full cycle account executives.

2.     Building and refining scalable processes leveraged by the team to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize revenue

3.     Continuing to motivate the commercial team and drive high performance

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Hire, coach and manage a team of full cycle Account Executives

Develop and coach the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member

Motivate team members through leadership

Regularly report on Team/Individual Results

Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity

 

Qualifications

2+ years managing high performing software sales teams

Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor

Proven track record of success

Experience managing and improving full cycle Account Executive KPIs

High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
