As a Gong Customer Implementation Specialist you’ll work closely with Gong’s Customer Success team, playing a key role in making sure our customers get the most out of Gong and become raving fans.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research customers' business environment and sales process. 

Work with the Customer Success team to set up and customize Gong to best fit customer needs.

Gather and analyze data to provide insights to customers.


Experience in similar roles in a B2B environment working with sales/CS teams or Internships in CS/SDR/BDR/Sales 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
