Description

At Gong we’re building new-generation (machine learning based) software that automates big parts of customer-facing roles by “understanding” their conversations and related work.

 

Our solution guides people: coaches them how to become better, performs tasks for them, and directs them as to best actions.

We are creating a new market segment that requires us to explore and continually deliver innovative solutions and experiences. As the Product Design Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in crafting these experiences.

 

You will-

Lead and oversee a team of 2-4 professionals that's responsible for delivering on-time, high-quality design products (UX & UI) in close collaboration with the product and R&D teams.

Develop the UX practice and own the entire lifecycle of product design from analysis of user needs and intents, through initial brainstorming, to wireframing and delivery of the detailed UX design.

Act as the user advocate, harnessing user-centric design principles to craft intelligent, cutting-edge, user-centric digital experiences.

Work with the product and dev teams to bring designs to life while closing the loop with in-market teams and customers.

You have -

At least 3 years of experience leading a product design practice and team (UX & UI) and 5 years of demonstrated results in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably B2B SaaS.

Proficiency in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand concepts.

A university degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/ Applied Psychology).

Experience working in an agile environment.

High-level verbal and written English.
