What will you do:
Product: Consumer empathy, Product road maps, Go to market, inception & conception of products, competitive analysis, market & domain research, Co-owning product vision.
Technology: Know-how of technology that goes behind the product, high level of understanding of the impact of technology on the product road map and overall health of the product.
Business: Market intelligence(market, customer, competition), life-cycle management, finding growth, product support, sales support etc.
What do we look for:
8 to 10 years of total hands-on experience in product management and more than 6 years of relevant experience in high scale consumer internet environments.
Solid track record of building and shipping high quality products to business within the specified timelines.
Ability to manage managers of managers and directly manage a few product managers and lead a high performing team of product, design, technology and business folks.
Demonstrated experience in working across multiple products in a BU, its stakeholders and demonstrate a high degree of influence across several teams/functions.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Highly customer obsessed thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations.
Previous start-up and/or consulting experience is a strong plus.
Ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
