Senior Creative Producer at Minted

Minted is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our Creative Studio, reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Services and Operations. This role will focus on bringing to life Minted’s brand across a variety of customer-facing marketing materials, and overseeing the creative development process from inception to completion. Typical deliverables include, but are not limited to: in-store communications, print/TV advertising, direct mail, and trade show booth development.
 
This individual collaborates with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Visual Merchandisers and the Photo Studio, in addition to cross-functional business partners, to come up with marketing communications that balance brand leadership and marketing effectiveness.

You will:

    • Understand, drive and enhance the creative process to complete projects in a timely manner, despite any setbacks.
    • Ensure a thorough creative brief is developed with input from key stakeholders across the company to include clear project objectives, relevant messaging, target audience information, executional considerations, and a development timeline.
    • Understand not only the process and timeline of projects, but the content as well.
    • Ensure the work delivers on the business objectives and creative strategy set forth in the creative brief.
    • Thoughtfully organize and prepare all creative work to ensure a productive and efficient creative review process across Creative Director, ECD and CEO-level reviews.
    • (For in-store/retail signage) Implement a systematic approach to creating life-size mock-ups with surrounding context (e.g., assortment on shelves, other signage, etc.) for executive review.

    • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, look around corners to anticipate roadblocks, and meet changing deadlines and priorities.
    • Excited to work in a highly collaborative team environment, with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout an organization at all levels and across departments in a highly matrixed organization.
    • Able to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing.
    • Extraordinarily detailed and perfectionistic.

You have:

    • Exceptionally deep knowledge of the creative development process across a variety of deliverables: print, digital and 3D/environmental.
    • Proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout an organization at all levels and across departments in a highly matrixed organization.
    • Experience managing in-house creative development, as well as knowledge on how to work with external agency partners to achieve creative outcomes that are delivered on-strategy, on-time and on-budget.
    • Superlative written and verbal skills as well as strong presentation skills.
    • BA/BS +8 yrs experience with previous account management or project management experience at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
