Minted is looking for an ecommerce Product Manager, Holiday, Baby & Kids to join our Product Management team and play a critical role in driving the growth of our flagship holiday and baby & kids businesses. You will be building a world-class online experience for customers shopping Minted holiday stationery, gifts and year-round children’s stationery such as birth announcements, baby shower invitations and graduation announcements.
This individual will combine proven consumer-centric approach to product development and keen instincts for building successful growth and virality drivers to help fuel new holiday and baby & kids customer acquisition.
This role will partner closely with the GM, Holiday, Baby & Kids to help define and execute a product roadmap that supports both short and long-term category goals in the online channel. As part of that strategy, you will own launching beautiful and innovative new holiday and baby & kids products and services to the site - both physical and digital - as well as developing a delightful and high-converting shopping experience that is compelling and differentiating. This person is energized by the peak Q4 holiday selling season; they thrive under pressure, and enjoy seeing the fruits of their labor pay off in a highly concentrated sales period.
A constant champion for the holiday and baby & kids customers and categories, this person will also work closely with core ecommerce and artist community product managers to ensure that platform initiatives appropriately contemplate holiday and baby & kids customer and category needs at all times.
