Minted is seeking an analytical, strategic thinker with a strong eye for Art and design to own merchandising for Minted’s Art business. This individual will be responsible for driving sales for the Art business, and will project manage the end-to-end Art merchandising process for both our online business and growing wholesale channel. The ideal candidate has an intuitive understanding of not only what will sell, but also what constitutes truly differentiated and high-quality work. This person has a deep love for art and artists and experience in following and recognizing artists and art trends. This position requires excellent project management skills, exceptional communications skills, a high degree of detail orientation, and an ability to both think strategically as well as roll-sleeves-up to get things done quickly and with limited resources. Reporting to the GM, Art, this is a collaborative, cross-functional category management role.
