About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to ensure the executional success of our marketing campaigns, enabling the marketing team to grow the business as quickly as possible. We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role is critical to ensuring we continue to rapidly scale the business.

You will be responsible for managing marketing programs for our cross-functional marketing team so that we become even more effective and efficient. This role reports to our Director of Demand Generation and is based in our San Francisco office.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

    • Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs; from strategic planning through creative, implementation, analysis and optimization.
    • Be our team collaboration champion! Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, design, legal and finance, to see complex projects through to completion.
    • Raise awareness of upcoming initiatives to cross-functional stakeholders by organizing, maintaining, and circulating a calendar of milestones, campaigns, and product/feature launches.
    • Balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves.
    • Effectively communicate project status, issues and risks across stakeholders at multiple levels and in different functions.
    • Establish new project workflows to ensure we do our best work quickly.
    • Identify gaps in systems and processes and develop scalable solutions to solve them.
    • Drive quarterly planning and manage the annual marketing budget.

    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience project managing an initiative from start to finish. You achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to stakeholders at various levels, including the executive team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
    • Self-driven, responsible, flexible team player who takes ownership of projects.
    • Comfortable with a dynamic environment when priorities and tactics change rapidly and you’re able to adapt quickly.
    • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items.
    • High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion.
