The Udemy for Business (UFB) Operations team supports our mission by delivering the process and information flows for the entire customer journey, promoting cross-functional alignment, overseeing resource and performance planning, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire UFB go-to-market universe from lead generation to customer invoicing.  As the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key member of the Operations team, directly contributing to the growth of our B2B business by building out the sales systems, process, and infrastructure to help scale our organization to the next level.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing Operations and is located at Udemy’s San Francisco headquarters.  The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is a cross-functional role that partners with sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering to align business requirements across our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and Amazon Redshift.
You will serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining and administering UFB’s Salesforce ecosystem including integrations between NetSuite, Stripe, and other managed packaged applications (CPQ, etc.). With your technical expertise, you will build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of UFB’s applications and systems. You will also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.

Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the people, process and technology that defines our business and leverage that knowledge to identify operational inefficiencies.
    • Partner with internal and external technology and business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support all processes, system changes, and Salesforce updates.
    • Design, build, implement and support technical solutions to enable or transform key business processes.
    • Keep your finger on the pulse of the customer tech landscape and identify strategic investment opportunities.

We're excited to have you because you have:

    • 3 years experience serving as a Salesforce administrator ( Certified Administrator preferred) with an additional 2+ years of business analyst experience driving operational improvements for a high growth B2B SaaS company.  Experience operating on a team of over 100 sales reps is a plus.
    • Strong subject matter expertise with core SaaS principles: Quoting, Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.  Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end.
