About the Role


In this role, you will drive our business learning initiatives across various lines of business for our in-person support employees across the US and Canada. You will bring a strong knowledge and background in learning and development and curriculum development, coupled with strong project and stakeholder management skills. In this role, you will be involved in project management, implementation, and evaluation.

What You’ll Do


Learning Project Management

  • Project manage training requests related to new products and changes to existing products for our in person support teams.
  • Lead US&C Greenlight implementation for training programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Conduct initial project scoping to understand request for training
    • Make recommendations on the training approach, design, implementation, and evaluation
    • Partner with curriculum management team to Identify the target audience, the learning objectives, training materials needed, and assessment to gauge the learner’s understanding and the level of mastery of the performance objectives
    • As needed, develop the aligned training material
    • Use learning data to modify training and communicate results to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with appropriate L&D partners to ensure training materials reflect business changes
  • Deliver training consistent with adult learning theory that effectively conveys key information and achieves learning objectives


Stakeholder Communication & Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the US&C Learning and Development team, business managers, and members of the project team based on a shared commitment to achieving business results
  • Partner with the Greenlight Program Team regarding projects and changes that have an operational impact on the Greenlight
  • Manage the business updates that require training of Greenlight teams



  • Align learning and training experiences with Uber's culture and values
  • Be a passionate advocate for ensuring the highest quality learning and development opportunities for our in person support teams, which in turn enables us to be passionate advocates for our customers  


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant learning program
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Learning & Development / Project Management
  • Previous experience analyzing business needs, designing, developing and evaluating training


Bonus Points If

  • You bring formal knowledge of instructional design and curriculum management
  • Experience within the customer service industry
