Description

IFTTT is looking for a Business Analyst to help drive business decisions and strategic initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights for our Sales and Business teams. This individual will automate reporting and build internal tools and dashboards that will  empower the organization. You’ll work closely with our leadership and customer teams to uncover areas for impact and growth.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the people, process, and technology that define our business and leverage that knowledge to maximize operational efficiency
  • Support sales forecasting, strategy and planning by creating models with data insights
  • Develop sales KPIs, reporting and automation to help drive sales performance, standards andactivities
  • Work on projects to drive GTM and business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense
  • Partner with internal product and business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements for salesforce and other reporting
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support all processes, system changes, and Salesforce updates
  • Design, build, implement and support technical solutions to enable or transform key business processes

What we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of total work experience; preference for 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or strategy/operations position at a fast-growing technology company
  • Comfortable with process ambiguity, and ability to both delve into details and engage meaningfully on overall strategy
  • Ability to seek information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources and deliver results in challenging situations
  • Resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously, with limited oversight
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into actionable recommendations, especially to executives
  • Superior financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Tech savvy and basic SQL experience preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator a strong plus
