  • Create and maintain a preventative maintenance plan for building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
  • Provide onsite support for office/building emergencies including after business hours
  • Manage office security systems and perform regular log reviews and run quarterly reports
  • Review facilities ticket queue and respond as necessary or assign to appropriate team member(s)
  • Manage recycling programs and other specialized cleaning/waste programs for office
  • Maintain accurate inventory lists of fixed assets including equipment and furniture
  • Assist with space management and occupancy planning and oversee workstation moves
  • Develop office safety and security protocols for emergencies, evacuations and ergonomics 
  • Assist in all aspects of vendor management, including sourcing and negotiating, benchmarking, oversight and regular evaluation
  • Lead in the setup of onsite meetings and trainings and communicate with other departments such as HR/IT
  • Support the workplace team with the daily operations and provide backup assistance for Workplace Coordinator when needed
  • Perform special projects as requested



  • 5+ years of office and/or facilities experiences preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • BA or BS degree
  • Strong project management skills and experience with implementing processes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and meet timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees, contractors and vendors
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and excellent judgment skills
  • Working knowledge office systems such as HVAC and Fire Life Safety
  • Strong technical skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and familiarity with facilities ticketing system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
