We are looking for you to join us. You are passionate about the value in the Data, customer service and exceeding expectations on business outcomes through adoption. You are a seasoned Customer Success Manager who will be hyper-focused on driving value for Customer through Qubole Data Platform and drive technical and business success for customers. You would work in the role of a Customer Success Manager with us in Bangalore. You identify yourself as someone who is a detail oriented, value-focused, can balance between the external with the internal and is passionate about Data and the innovations that came with it.
As a Customer Success Manager at Qubole, you have experience in managing customers through enterprises and growth stage. As a successful Quboler, you know how to put the customer first, drive and communicate the value, resolve customer issues through roadmap internally, and have a deep understanding of the use cases and technology.
