Office Coordinator (Part Time)

Facilities Task:

  • Ensure all break-rooms are full stocked with snacks and beverages
  • All conference rooms are neat, tidy, and ready for guest
  • Ensure all receiving packages are put away in storage room
  • Ordering of office supplies and office inventory

 Events Coordination:

  • Catering ordering for weekly lunches
    • Set up and clean up after each event
  • Catering for other internal meetings
    • Lunch pick up as needed

Candidates must have a clean driving record with valid California insurance. Candidates will also be using their own vehicle and will be eligible for mileage reimbursements.
