Description

As a Product Marketing Manager – Platform, Analytics, Mobile, you will be responsible for the Industry 4.0 vision and messaging of the Powerhouse EHSQ Software vendor. You will be responsible for marketing initiative, campaign and GTM for the core of Cority’s EHSQ enterprise platform. This will include developing packaging for industry verticals. You will research the industries and craft messaging and positioning related to vertical markets. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, including extensive creation of thought leadership, product and industry solution content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, webinars, PowerPoint presentations, eBookes, etc.). Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.  In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to product and sales channel, as well as build sales tools that map to the buying cycle in support of sales (e.g., case Studies, provocative / challenger sales concepts, ROI tools, competitive intelligence, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the Cority Platform in the market
  • Develop industry vertical positioning that differentiates Cority and translates into solutions that benefit specific industry verticals
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of Cority and EHSQ
  • Liaise directly with product managers on industry trends and needs
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to beat them
  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for Cority and EHSQ, working with Marketing Communications
  • Spokesperson & Evangelist – be the company voice for your products and industry; meet and build relationships with industry analysts and key media, speak at conferences and to senior executives at our prospects and customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing; MBA an asset
  • EHSQ experience an asset
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel 25%
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software and/or service marketing an asset
  • Experience in B2B SaaS an asset
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
