The Engineer/Specialist of Deliverability will lead our efforts to ensure optimal email deliverability forour email sends. The perfect candidate will be an expert in everything deliverability from monitoring andalerting on inbox thresholds to having in-depth knowledge on ISPs. You will be responsible formaintaining relationships with the leading ISPs and staying abreast of industry trends.
As a Deliverability Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Review new client’s email programs and deliverability of email data and differentiate the good onesfrom bad ones- Publish ramp up plans by designing and running tests on Email deliverability- Monitor and adjust ramp up plans to enable a successful onboarding experience
2. Business as usual:
- Use tools to establish enterprise level deliverability reporting and provide recommendations onadditional tools to improve monitoring- Proactively monitor and alert on deliverability for all our email sends- Reactively troubleshoot client specific deliverability issues- Create client deliverability reports and present to client findings and recommendationsWe are looking for motivated and driven folks.
