The Content Marketing Manager will take ownership of our website and generate content that increases Propel’s brand awareness across all industries. You will work closely with in-house PLM experts, analysts and clients to distill their insights into clear and consistent content that will be the hub of our inbound marketing efforts. The Content Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will also work closely with our with PR and SEO agencies.  
The ideal candidate has direct experience managing websites, content generation and search engine optimization. Familiarity with paid marketing, marketing automation, PR, or working with the analyst community is a plus.  


    • Take ownership of website and content efforts
    • Use our CMS platform to edit and add website content
    • Maintain and update Propel’s blog
    • Collaborate with in-house team to identify content topics, review outlines, edit content and publish to ensure deadlines are met consistently
    • Manage and analyze SEO efforts
    • Ensure PR and paid marketing efforts are consistent with Propel’s brand and content efforts
    • Assist with analyst community relations
    • Support customer acquisition and sales efforts

Desired Skills / Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS environment
    • Experience managing websites, creating/managing content and SEO
    • Understanding of marketing automation and content management systems
    • Experience with early stage VC-backed companies, paid marketing or PR is a plus
    • Creative and big idea person who can roll up their sleeves and get work done
    • Highly driven and self-motivated, comfortable with autonomy and driving initiatives
    • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
