About the Role

 

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Uber’s growing CRM Operations team. Within this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a small team with an ability to make a large impact.

 

The mission of the CRM Solutions team is to unlock and enable the capabilities for CRM marketers to build and launch sophisticated, scalable, and impactful marketing campaigns. On this team, you’ll collaborate and work closely with various groups and stakeholders from product managers, data analysts, and engineers, to CRM strategists and email developers.

 

We expect the Sr. CRM Solutions Manager to be full stack tech savvy, customer-focused, and data-oriented — they must be able to partner closely with and speak the language of both marketers and engineers to drive complex projects that meet the needs of our customers and the business. If you are passionate about problem solving at the intersection of CRM marketing and technology, this is the team for you.

What You’ll Do
    • Translate CRM marketing needs/requests/goals into robust technical requirements and user stories
    • Partner with product teams to develop thorough PRDs that meet all CRM needs
    • Identify product and/or data gaps and shortcomings that block CRM capabilities
    • Establish prioritization criteria for product development and engineering roadmaps, and partner closely throughout the development lifecycle
    • Partner with broader deployment and CRM operations team to inform decision making, and to identify and build CRM process and technology improvements
    • Evangelize products/tools/solutions through education and resources
    • Research external tools / services to understand existing frameworks and next-gen capabilities
    • Work cross functionally with global teams to gain efficiencies and ensure scalability

     

 

What You’ll Need
  • 6 Minimum Years of Experience with CRM, Solutions Architecture, Product Management
