What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain the systems that govern the work in the marketing team. This includes project workflows, meeting operating cadence, key documentation and governing processes like RAPID & Agile.
  • Capacity planning and work prioritization across all of US&C marketing
  • Administration of project management tooling and asset management systems in support of government system policy and procedures, as well as legal compliance and rights management
  • Capacity & resourcing management of the people power of the marketing team against the business priorities of the marketing team
  • Liaise with Procurement/Fin Ops on strategic sourcing and management of our agency roster, including onboarding
  • Work with Planning & Measurement Lead to design headcount against marketing priorities
  • Partner with the recruiting team on headcount planning, prioritization, process to hire and onboard new employees
  • Partner with HR for adopting & launching new programs or policies. Examples include Competencies, Growth Plans, Annual Perf Process
  • Be the enthusiastic and optimistic leader of the team’s Culture Plans & Programs
  • Maintain the budget for headcount, learning & development, tooling systems, and any other line items specific to governance and community
  • Be the marketer for marketing through internal stakeholder communications, team meetings, summits, and other connection points

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 7 years experience as a marketing leader driving exceptional results.
  • A strategic leader with deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a champion of efficiency.Expertise within complex, global consumer marketing organizations.
  • Experience recruiting, managing and developing best-in-class talent and building high-performing, collaborative teams in a high growth environment.
  • An energy giver with a positive outlook and the ability to influence the direct team, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
  • A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership.
  • A passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia.
  • Very strong analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations.
  • Experience working closely with and managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Demonstrated financial/budgeting accountability.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
