About the Role


New Mobility (“NeMo”) CRM is hiring a marketing manager to support communications for Uber’s newest products.


We’re looking for a detail oriented, collaborative, data-driven marketer who can work seamlessly across business owners (e.g. JUMP, Uber Transit), local stakeholders (e.g. JUMP GM’s) and Central Marketing to drive acquisition and retention of NeMo riders across US/CAN.


This person will need to prioritize incoming requests, think analytically about what will drive the business forward, and work collaboratively to meet ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute communications (email, in-app, push) as we rapidly scale NeMo verticals across North America
  • Support regional requests across US & Canada (e.g. price changes, local events)
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications
  • Work with our deployment, content and creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns using our internal and external tools
  • Collaborate with data science, market research & marketing analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing
  • Play-booking and documentation, keeping in mind that the learnings from today will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world
  • Partner with our product, operations, communications, and business development teams to ensure communications are on-brand and impactful.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years experience in the marketing, communications, or CRM space
  • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • A record of business results through testing and deploying marketing campaigns across channels
  • A record of prioritization and stellar communication
  • Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, Salesforce, Marketo and complex data structures and systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
