The Job Descriptions is as follows :-
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
- Managing the facility management including Housekeeping & Security channel of the offices.
- Ensures that all office buildings and facilities are operated and maintained in a good condition including sourcing of properties for new office requirements.
- Handling Printing & Stationary like Business card, ID card, letter ahead and any related to
- printing for field operations and logistic like courier and transportation of materials.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs & values.
